Sach Publishing respects intellectual property rights and expects the same of its users.
Filing a notice
If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a notice including: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. Send notices to the platform contact email.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with equivalent identifying information and consent to jurisdiction. We may restore content 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the claimant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights will be terminated.
