Welcome to Sach Publishing. By creating an account or using this platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the platform.

Content ownership

Creators retain full ownership of the original works they publish. By publishing on the platform you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and promote your work on the platform and in platform marketing. This license ends when you remove your work, except for cached copies and content already purchased or unlocked by readers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content you don't have rights to; post spam, scraped, plagiarized, or deceptively attributed content; harass other users; attempt to manipulate views, rankings, or monetization; circumvent access controls or payments; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Content review

Sach Publishing may use automated systems, human review, metadata analysis, reader reports, creator history, and other review methods to evaluate submitted content for originality, quality, policy compliance, safety, and platform abuse. We may remove content, restrict its distribution or monetization, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Where appropriate, creators may appeal decisions.

Purchases

Coins, tickets, memberships, and unlocks are licenses to access digital content, not property. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Prices may change. See the Monetization Terms for creator payouts.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination (ownership, licenses to purchased content, limitations of liability) survive.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sach Publishing disclaims all warranties and limits its liability to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
